Because we work with trusted fulfillment partners, orders are processed before shipping.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

📍 Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We ship to residential addresses and P.O. Boxes.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


🔄 Order Changes, Cancellations & Issues

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged).

  • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
