We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order affected by a material error or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue the appropriate refund.

4. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT
An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee final acceptance or product availability.
Haute Looks Clothing uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to prepare and ship certain orders. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your order information.
5. SHIPPING
We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery and must satisfy the conditions stated in that policy.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.
